Standard Notarization Fee

Texas state law caps the fee a notary public may charge per notarial act. Boda’s Notary Services charges in accordance with Texas law, currently set at a maximum of $6.00 per notarized signature.

  • Per notarial act (acknowledgment, jurat, etc.): Per Texas state maximum

Multiple documents in a single appointment: Priced per notarial act performed

Note: Texas law specifies the maximum allowable notary fee per act. For documents requiring several signatures or multiple notarial certificates, the total will reflect the number of individual acts performed.

Mobile Notary Service Fee

Mobile notary appointments include a travel fee in addition to the per-act notarization fee. Travel fees vary based on the distance from Tami’s operating area and the time of the appointment.

  • Local travel (within service zone): Starting at a flat travel fee — contact for current rate
  • Extended travel: Quoted individually based on mileage and time

Hospital, care facility, and after-hours appointments: Available by arrangement — contact for pricing

Remote Online Notarization (RON) Fee

Remote Online Notarization involves additional platform and technology costs beyond the standard notarization fee. RON pricing is quoted per session based on the number of documents and signers involved.

  • Additional documents within the same RON session: Per notarial act performed

RON appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please contact Tami to confirm document eligibility for online notarization and to obtain your personalized quote.

Loan Signing Service Fee

Loan signing appointments involve the review and facilitation of complete loan packages, which typically contain a high volume of documents requiring precise execution. Fees are quoted per signing package based on the scope of the closing.

  • Reverse mortgage or complex packages: Quoted individually

Title company or lender direct bookings: Contact for commercial pricing

Real Estate and Medical Document Notarization

Real estate and medical notarizations are priced per notarial act in accordance with Texas law, plus applicable mobile travel fees if the appointment takes place outside of a designated meeting location. Contact Tami to discuss the scope of your documents and receive an accurate quote.
